Match the goal to its energy centre, then work that centre daily.
The body’s traditional energy map applied to goals: money and safety to the root, love to the heart, expression to the throat. You identify the centre your goal lives in, then focus practice there (targeted meditation, breath, sound, movement, affirmation), treating a "blocked" centre as the thing standing between you and the outcome. The mapping step is quick and often clarifying, because it converts a vague goal into a category: a stalled career is usually a throat problem or a root problem, and those call for different practice. Sessions are ordinary meditation with a location and often a sound attached, held for a set stretch of weeks rather than open-endedly. The instruction to pair it with one concrete action in the same life area is what keeps it from becoming purely internal.
Chakras come from Indian tantric tradition; the goal-mapping is a modern Western adaptation.
Chakras come from Indian tantric and yogic traditions where they sit inside a whole system of practice and philosophy; the seven-centre rainbow version most people meet is a twentieth-century Western reworking, and the goal-mapping in manifestation is newer still. Knowing that is a courtesy to the source tradition and useful for judging what you are actually doing. There are no anatomical energy centres, and nothing here treats anything. Chakra work is sometimes sold for physical conditions, which is where to stop and see a doctor instead. As a way of organising meditation by theme, it is harmless and reasonably practical.
Daya has guided meditations and daily affirmations but no chakra system and no energy model. The useful connection is the mapping: once you know a goal is really about being heard rather than about money, that is a much more accurate thing to type in each morning, and the scene it writes back will be about the right thing.
Most techniques on this page ask you to hold a vivid scene of your future in your mind. Daya does the holding for you: a new guided audio journey every day, written around the life you are actually building, in scenes specific enough to feel like memory.
